Service Description
A private 30-minute consultation designed to help determine your post-operative support needs before your recovery begins. We’ll discuss your procedure, surgery and recovery dates, recovery location, transportation needs, anticipated assistance, surgeon-provided instructions, and the level of non-medical support you may need. This consultation allows Aura’ CareHaus to develop an appropriate care plan and confirm service availability. The $75 consultation fee may be applied toward a qualifying Post-Operative Care booking. This consultation does not provide medical advice or replace guidance from your surgeon or healthcare provider. Cancellation Policy
At Aura’ CareHaus, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy in place: Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or event start time. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. ⏳ Late Arrivals Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the original scheduled end time. If arrival is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or forfeited, with no refund. No-Show Policy A “no-show” is defined as a client not being present at the scheduled time with no prior communication. No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount and may be required to pay a deposit before future appointments. Event Bookings For corporate or event bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event. Deposits & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure all chair massage events.
