With Aura’ CareHaus Stay Packages, clients may recover in the comfort of their own home or in one of our disclosed partner spaces, always with the assurance of discreet, concierge-level service. What’s Included in Every Stay Package Comfortable Recovery Space – Your home or a disclosed private recovery suite Daily Chef-Prepared Meals – Nutritious and recovery-friendly, tailored to dietary needs Faja & Garment Assistance – Professional support to ensure proper fit and comfort Mobility Assistance – Gentle, trained help with getting in and out of bed, shower, or restroom Concierge Support – On-call assistance Wellness Touches – Light housekeeping, laundry, and personal comfort items Optional Enhancements Licensed Nursing Care – On-site nurse available for medication management, vitals monitoring, and advanced support Massage Therapy Sessions – Lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, or relaxation massage provided by certified therapists Transportation Services – Pick-up and drop-off for post-op appointments Extended Stay Add-Ons – Flexible nightly extensions to suit your recovery timeline Aura’ CareHaus prides itself on being the premier concierge post-operative care and massage therapy provider. Cancellation Policy
At Aura’ CareHaus, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy in place: Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or event start time. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. ⏳ Late Arrivals Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended beyond the original scheduled end time. If arrival is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or forfeited, with no refund. No-Show Policy A “no-show” is defined as a client not being present at the scheduled time with no prior communication. No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount and may be required to pay a deposit before future appointments. Event Bookings For corporate or event bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event. Deposits & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure all chair massage events.
